The U.S. Supreme Court could hear its first case regarding drug-induced abortions, after the Oklahoma Supreme Court found Tuesday that a 2011 law preventing the drug’s use is unconstitutional.

A lawyer for Planned Parenthood of the Heartland asked a judge Wednesday to temporarily stop a state ban on the organization’s use of a video conferencing system to distribute abortion-inducing pills in rural areas of Iowa.
