On Tuesday, voters in Tennessee will decide whether to pass anti-choice Amendment 1, a law that could remove the right to abortion within the state. The state, which already has parental consent and admitting privilege laws in place in addition to a ban on telemedicine, currently has more freedoms on women’s health than many of the states around it, but that could change on Election Day.
