Since January, Tempe, Arizona has been working towards  districtwide sex education program that is sophisticated and informative enough for today’s teens without violating the norms of conservative parents or breaking restrictive anti-choice state law. On Wednesday, the board is set to review and possibly vote on a revised curriculum that officials hope will satisfy all sides.

Proposed updated rules governing North Carolina’s 14 current family planning clinics that offer abortion services were released Monday, more than a year after the majority anti-choice legislature demanded that they be treated like outpatient surgery centers.

The Hartford Courant (Hartford, CT)
Access Health CT, Connecticut’s health insurance exchange, has added policies that exclude abortion coverage, ending an anti-choice lawsuit.
