Teen pregnancy rates in Colorado are at their lowest point in 20 years, and health officials credit a state-funded pregnancy prevention program for the change. The state bill would extend the Teen Pregnancy & Dropout Prevention program through 2020. It is scheduled for a first hearing Thursday.
