Star Tribune (Alabama)

A federal judge blocked an anti-choice regulation that would have shut down the busiest family planning clinic in Alabama. The restriction, involving admitting privileges of physicians, was deemed unnecessary to protect a woman’s health by the judge and would prevent women from receiving the care they needed.

The Ledger (Tennessee)

A temporary injunction has been placed on a new Tennessee anti-choice law that would set new safety standards for clinics and require at least two Tennessee clinics to be shut down.

Washington Times (USA)

Anti-choice activists in favor of defunding Planned Parenthood plan to lead a coast-to-coast effort of over 200 rallies at Planned Parenthood facilities on August 22nd.
