A federal judge has ordered that Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal reinstate the state payments to Planned Parenthood. Jindal had attempted to terminate the state’s Medicaid contract with the organization on account of allegations to its fetal tissue donation program. No Planned Parenthoods in Louisiana provide abortion or accept tissue donation.
