The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear the biggest challenge to abortion rights in 25 years– a case against an anti-choice Texas law that has put harsh restrictions on reproductive health clinics that offer abortions in the state.
The U.S. Supreme Court has rejected an anti-abortion group’s case that attempted to require the federal government to produce more information about a $1 million grant it made in 2011 to Planned Parenthood in New Hampshire.
